 AEDesign is hiring HR Executive who will be responsible for achievement of all agreed departmental objectives/targets of HR department and also ensure the implementation of all policies to the organization Duties & Responsibilities: Attendance and Leave Management Recruitment and Selection Onboarding, Induction and Clearance Performance Management HR Operations and Administration Dealing with ISO Standards Qualifications: BBA / MBA (HR) / MHRM with 0 – 2 years of relevant experience Skills Required: • Well groomed interpersonal skills • Able to maintain confidentiality • Ability to take up roles and responsibilities on pro-active basis • Proficiency in MS office especially expert user of MS Excel and numerically inclined • Able to communicate well with all levels of people • Good writing skills • Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines • Ability to understand others Email: cv@aedesign.com.pk www.aedesign.com.pk
